I specialize in private equity, business development and governance. I am a founder, or investor, in numerous public and private ventures, preferring to work with early to mid-stage firms. I have been an Executive in Residence at the University of Victoria Gustavson School of Business since 2001; an honorary appointment made recognizing my contributions to entrepreneurship in Canada. I am currently a member of the Discipline and Ethics Committees for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC and a member of the Governance Committee at the Law Society of BC.
