After working with film production for 25 years in my own company, I was approached by Stig Gustafsson, then Marketing Director Uponor Svenska AB. His idea was that a film producer works with creativity, but with a discipline. We always deliver on time and on budget (otherwise we are dead-line). As they had to solve a big challenge with tap water systems on the Swedish market he asked me to work as a consultant in their group. After the first year we improved the profit by 40% and so it went on.
