I see myself as determined and ambitious person who uses this characteristics for the purpose of professional development. So far I have progressed professionally in the field of HR in IT and have had the opportunity to use and improve existing knowledge in the field of empoyee performance appraisal, working on individual and team staff development and improving employee satisfaction. In addition, I am educating in a field of coaching and psychotherapy, what with pretty extracurricular and volunteer involvement affects the continuous development of communication and motivational skills that are prerequisites for successful psychologist in HR, but every modern business man.
