Hayoung Shin received her bachelor and master鈥檚 degrees in English Language and Literature from Sookmyung Women鈥檚 University in Seoul, South Korea. She joined as graduate assistant at the Sookmyung Women鈥檚 University in 2011, pursuing the Ph.D program in the department of Education at the Graduate School of Liberal Arts and Social Science. She worked as researcher on international affairs and Sookmyung Network for Open World(SNOW), as managing editor of Korea Institute of Child Care and Education, and doing her freelance translation work with many organizations and individual scholars including Korea International Trade Association.
