- 1. LOCATION RELEASE FORM Producer title: Dilemma Producer: Steph Webb Signature of producer: I hereby grant Webb Productions permission to record or photograph at the location stated below. I hereby grant Webb Productions all rights to use the recorded film, sound or any footage shot for the film trailer within the location for promotional, educational or any other purposes. I hereby grant Webb Productions permission to use any of their equipment that is brought with them and any equipment on location that they may require for the development, production or promotion of the film trailer. Webb Productions have been given the right to photograph or film within the given location in condition that when finished, they leave the area in good condition and cover any damages that may have occurred during the time they are on location. I grant Webb Productions the full rights to the footage that is shot within my location and do not require compensation for the use of the location unless damaged as stated above.
