The beauty of consultancy work is that you never know who the next client will be. I love being able to walk into a business in a sector that I know nothing about and see the 鈥榣ight bulb moments鈥� as we show them how design thinking can completely transform what they do every day.
That鈥檚 definitely the best part of my job - opening the eyes of seasoned professionals to a completely new way of thinking.
