• In 1976 I Graduated from the the University of Kansas and was commissioned in the US Marine Corps
• I spent 21 years as a Marine Infantry Officer with a secondary field of Human Resource Management
• In 1997 Coopers and Lybrand Consulting hire me as a Change Management and Human Resources Consultant
• As a consultant I have Supported a variety of projects focused on training, organizing, or implementing technology tools/solutions
• For the past 8 years I have been the DoD lead for developing, implementing, and continuous change for the DoD 8570.01-M "Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program (IA WIP)"
