I am the Research Unit Manager of the PAS Unit in TSSG, WIT. I oversee the financial and technical management of EU, EI, SFI and Direct R+D research projects, and I am also responsible for seeking new avenues to fund the units research agenda. Currently, I am responsible for a research funding budget of 1Million Euro per year.
The Unit primary focus is in digital communications - from network protocols, to enabling applications. We are working with SMEs across Ireland and Europe to access funding and to develop their innovation potential in leveraging digital communications.
