I started off developing email templates for big brands and agencies. Beautiful, responsive email templates for Google, Qantas, Miele, TAB, KPMG, Krispy Kreme and WeightWatchers that just work and I built them to work in Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Vision6, Responsys and Marketo. Customers were happy, the email gods were happy, I was happy. But I wanted to do more... I wanted to be more involved in how brands build relationships with their customers through email and so I now help companies achieve their goals through understanding their customer, sending the right message to the right customer and making email personal again :)
