Steven is a retired EMS Lieutenant and paramedic from the New York City Fire Department where he also served as a FEMA USAR Medical Specialist responding to both attacks on the World Trade Center. Steven published the only EMS book about 9/11, The Downwind Walk: A USAR Paramedic's Experiences after the Terrorist Attack's of September 11, 2001
Steve is a AHA CPR, ACLS and PALS Instructor who has taught at leading NYC metro area hospitals. Steve has lectured at state and national conferences.
Steve's philosophies as a manager are:

-avoid problems with good training and continual quality improvement.
