Kristina has spent more than twenty years in nonprofit and institutional fundraising. She has worked with countless organizations to increase their fundraising success simply by utilizing the practical application of diffusion theory.
Her capacity building expertise includes strategic fundraising, organizational communications, community engagement strategies and survey research. Kristina is President of Stronger Organizations, LLC, a consulting firm which readies organizations for maximum impact. She has worked with clients serving communities in Texas, throughout the US, and most recently Africa.
