The Leading Partnership provides strategy and planning advice to boards, executives and managers. We help set and align business and functional unit goals, define and prioritise strategies and projects to achieve the goals, design and drive effective strategy implementation projects, and build organisational capabilities. My focus is defining and linking digital strategies to business strategy, building digital capabilities and shaping projects for clients that delivery results and introduce new ways of working. In my PhD research I developed insights and models to explain how individuals, teams and organisations overcome barriers to innovation when pursuing major technology change.
