Su has significant experience of working in both the private and public sector in a variety of roles including general practice as a practice nurse, strategic health authority as a nurse advisor in primary care, Nurse Fellow at University of Manchester, Associate Director of National Workforce Projects, Department of Health as an Associate Director of Integrated Service Improvement, ODS as Director of Quality, senior OD specialist and consultant. She set up her own consultancy - PACE - People and Change Experts Ltd in 2011.
