RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Technical Training Installation Demo:
 Coordinate and execute field and internal installations and training ensuring that customers and staff achieve the required level of competence. Pre and Post sales.
 Develop customer applications providing accurate and timely responses to the customer.
 Responsible for resolving issues arising from application related issues of customer/demonstration instrument and assist service personnel, where appropriate, to resolve system problems in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
 Liaises and supports the TM / AM in field to conduct pre sales demonstration and after-sales product application training.
