• MEP Quantities take off as per the Project Standards.
• Assisting sub-contractor submittals (Technical, Document, Samples, Method of Statement etc.).
• Prepare and produce tender documents for sub-contract works. This includes defining scope of works, establish particular conditions of contract, prepare bills of quantities, compile specifications and drawings, monitor subordinates taking off quantities, etc.
• Tender evaluation, report, negotiation and recommend for award of sub-contract works.
• Finalize the Subcontract Agreement with the selected Subcontractors
• Evaluate and negotiate the contractor’s claim for loss and expense and recommend findings.
