- 3. Agenda The first day of the week we set out filming, before shooting we had to fill out a call sheet and gather all the props and equipment. Making sure the actors hair and make up was done to start filming the last few scenes. We could only film once this week and could not get everything finished due to our actors being busy with schoolwork. This gave us a chance to finish up and perfect paperwork, As a group we sat together and sorted out the group blog, making sure everything was in order, neat and presentable.

Find out when the actor could make it, and schedule a date with the rest of the actors so we could finish filming the footage and start editing.
