I am working closely with a lot of people in the organisation. I work with the creatives on building technology into our ideas, no matter if it has to do with customer registrations, data harvesting or purely for the creative use of any technology available. I assist the account department with pricing and scoping out the solutions. Based on the customer journey touch points, I advise our clients about possible impacts of the solution, and assist them in getting the optimal outcome from the generated data, including next steps. I brief the production teams and work closely with them from design to launch and next steps.
