The responsibilities of being the Local Vice President for Talent Management in AIESEC involves:
1. To develop strategies and action steps to ensure all 100 members at AIESEC in Bangalore are experiencing leadership in it's truest form.
2. To build and execute recruitment plans through out the year for all the 7 portfolios in the organization.
