Being a Development Professional I was associated with a number of NGOs and INGOs and with Regional Centre for Development Cooperation (RCDC) since four years. I have continuously increased my expertise in designing, planning, managing and evaluating integrated rural development projects for more than 29 years. My specific fields of expertise comprise community development, training and capacity building, natural resources management, CCA and DRR, strengthening CSOs, rural marketing, spiritual science, livelihood promotion, networking and advocacy etc.
