I am able to talk about difficult and complex aspects of computers but can also describe technology in a manner that both Management and Users can understand. I was a long time crackberry fan but now love my Windows Phone.
During my former military career of 25 years I have been able to lead diverse teams through very challenging projects dealing with critical operations in sometimes austere conditions. From these experience I have managed to keep calm and rapidly deploy cloud services to customers that under estimated the life and health of their server. Several of these customers were services functional in the cloud within hours of a complete Exchange failure.
