Why didn't I get the "happy-go-lucky" gene?
How do you wrap up decades into a paragraph? I've evolved from Penny Lane into June Cleaver in just the blink of an eye. My two children are the center of my universe; anyone else takes a back seat. I am an advocate for the special needs child; they are truly overlooked, misread and abused inside today's school system. You can't make a believer out of me so don't try. Over the years, I learned friendship never comes easy and people aren't always who they pretend to be. I know, as fact, my husband is my polar opposite and the only person in this life who completes me. I love my family; if I didn't, I would never put up with this much crap!
