During my 15 years in the HR I have always worked with international companies. From the day one I have known that the HR work is what I want to do, and never had a doubt about it. I have had a chance to work with people from different countries and cultures and I have enjoyed every bit of it. I have learned to see the big picture and look things from different perspectives. I have also learned that it is important to work closely with customers (directors, managers, employees) to help them to achieve their goals.
