This document outlines a values exercise where participants are asked to:
1. Rate the importance of 33 possible values on a list.
2. Select their top 10 most important values from the list.
3. Compare values against each other in pairs to further refine their top 10 core values.
4. Count how many times their top 10 values were selected.
The purpose is to help individuals identify and prioritize their most essential personal values.
