About
I am the Executive Director of the Extended Campus at Southern Illinois University. We coordinate with online programs across the SIU campus to recruit online students and sustain online quality and compliance. We also collaborate to develop new online courses/programs, actively seeking out unique and innovative online offerings and instructional methods. My main research interest is online interaction and rapport, and I am currently studying the Connected Stance, which is the nexus of high engagement and high participation. I am also highly engaged in the study of AI and its effects on higher education, at all levels.
