I'm a freelance writer and former metro columnist for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Currently I research, write and offer other creative services. In Jan. 2011, I established When We Dream Together, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering everyday people to revitalize and create sustainable jobs in long-neglected urban communities. I'm a father (4 kids) and grandfather of two who lives in St. Louis, Missouri.
