The Production Area Supervisor ensures the timely and accurate execution of press processes to meet customer requirements. Responsible for the effectiveness of the production. This involves coordination of multiple works simultaneously and the ability to communicate information properly both in verbal and written form. In addition, this position will work on activities and tasks related to collaborating action items, projects, audits and initiatives, new activity procedure start-ups, continuous improvement initiatives, and certification for new processes. Also responsible for supporting the GMP, 5S and developing the production team itself and the production's professional standards.
