Identify opportunities, define and financially justify projects, allocate resources, launch project teams and utilize project management principles to manage team activities. Track project status and results; anticipate and remove project barriers and develop team members. Ensure projects are integrated and aligned with other business activities, improvement projects and strategy. . Provide necessary training, coaching, and consultation to team members to spread the base of performance improvement problem solving tools and Lean principles and their application in project implementation.
