I am currently responsible for environmental monitoring, compliance, and enforcement, (admin enforcement and criminal enforcement). Attending to complaints regarding illegal mining, conducting routine and planned inspections. I have the knowledge and vast experience processing mining applications (mining permit, prospecting right and mining right) in terms of the NEMA 2014 Regulations. in addition I was responsible for processing mining renewals, performance assessment, conducting the site inspection and attending to complaints in terms of MPRDA.
