I am a Human Resource and Organization Development professional. I am an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. I have over 13 years of practitioner experience in the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Singapore. I have worked as in-house HR with expertise in Talent and Career Management, Employee Engagement and Organization Development.
