TDP is a three-phase training program. Phases one and two are an intensive, rig-based learning period, followed by a more independent and flexible third phase. The total duration of the program is flexible, however it cannot be less than 24-month long and is normally expected to last around three years.
The program aims to provide the widest possible exposure to people, equipment, operations, and clients.
