• To correspond with International Agents in all LCL, FCL Issues.
• To release D/O to C/Agent.
• To confirm Bank Guarantees/ Shipping Guarantees from Bank & overlooking all correspondence with Banks for Import Shipments.
• To resolve all Consignee issues regarding Detentions, Late Charges, Container Repair heads.
• Working on legal notices, show cause letters & resolve Customs issues.
• Providing importers more than satisfactory services along with minimum charges.
• Directly in contact with clients & fulfilling CSR activities.
