I am a focused and ambitious person who adds significant value in everything that I am involved in. My objective is to become a business leader with a difference - ensuring shareholder value, personal achievement, client satisfaction and employee fulfillment. Key Competencies: Leadership – Successfully led and leads multidisciplinary teams from Operations, Risk, Actuarial, Finance and Compliance particularly as part of the Project Management function - for example in setting up a new Retail Business System and in a project which reduced claims settlement times from two weeks to three days. Gaining Commitment – I chair the Old Mutual Zimbabwe Group Committee whose mandate includes moving
