I am currently a Technical Lead Analyst at Research In Motion (Waterloo, ON) whose goal is to increase the technical competency of our junior staff throughout their early career and ready them for the Analyst role. I also provide on-site technical training and coaching either directly, in a classroom setting or via telephone & video conferencing.
