ABOUT TED BURKOW
Ted earned his M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He obtained his California Real Estate license in 1999 and initially began selling residential real estate. In 2002 Ted transitioned into mortgage lending with Washington Mutual. As of 2011, Ted has been a California registered NMLS licensed mortgage loan originator.
Ted’s primary goal for his clients is to ensure that their lending needs are met to their satisfaction. He informs his clients of their financial strengths and shortcomings when recommending lending solutions for purchases, refinances and investor acquisitions.
