I am a Medical doctor graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia. I also have a Master degree in Occupational Health and Safety from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia. Human factor is my thesis theme. I titled Medical Error Taxonomy Analysis for Improving Incident Report Mitigation.
Strong understanding of medico-legal and matters, Thorough understanding of specialty risk management, clinical, and operational. Excellent skills in analysis and enhancement of RCA, FMEA, other patient safety tools processes and operations.
