I`m happily working in the fields of wellbeing at work and social media while finalising MSSc studies in Work, Welfare and Wellbeing. Currently I`m doing my master`s thesis, of which topic is managers` outlooks on young employees and managing them. I have also a master`s degree in education (MA).
In addition to wellbeing at work and diverse ways to use social media, I`m interested in human resource management, knowledge management, leadership, digitalisation, e-learning, educating, mentoring, counselling, and communication within organisations.
