鈼� Manage a team of 35 enrollment professionals within the following departments: Undergraduate and Graduate Admission, Financial Aid, Registrar, Student Services, Career Services, Marketing and the Bronx Extension Center. (6 direct reports).
鈼� Provide comprehensive annual and strategic marketing/recruitment/enrollment/retention plans for all programs and administers financial aid to meet the College鈥檚 enrollment and revenue goals.
鈼� Implement and monitor strategies for maximizing retention and graduation.
鈼� Work collaboratively with the Vice President for Academic Affairs, academic deans and directors to develop new market-oriented programs based on employment opportunities.
