Full-time data analytics and team KCS Knowledge and data analytics process owner for EMR support at Intermountain. ITIL-Certified support analyst working in Service Delivery Operations for the iCentra project of Intermountain Healthcare with expertise in Knowledge, Change, Problem, Event, and Incident Management through a vendor partnership with Cerner Millennium EMR systems.
I am also a part-time Adjunct Professor in Media and Web SAT Program at Salt Lake Community College teaching front and back-end web design/programming and graphic design in Adobe CC Suite of software.
