My work at the UXC focuses on conducting usability studies in a variety of forms to gather and interpret data related to user experience of products and services. The UXC is a full service UX strategy consulting lab with our roots in design and usability, and has two state-of-the-art labs equipped with eye tracking and remote and portable testing.
I work on projects that are focused on usability testing and evaluation, and that result in various deliverables, including heuristic evaluations, usability study findings, personas, wireframes, and more.
