I am managing a team of 12 engineers and responsible for driving System Test Cycles and new feature testing. It includes functional and non functional testing viz., memory leak, web application security, performance and compatibility testing.
We follow Iteration Testing methodology for new feature development. Some of the new features implemented are Virtualization ( vmware/Hyper-V ) support, Linux Standard Base ( LSB ) support, Client Server Communication protocol enhancement, lmstrip tool development for securing the product, Active Directory/LDAP Support.
