4CNW (which stands for Creative Challenge Celtic Crescent North West) is a new business innovation support programme which is co-financed by the European Creative Industries Alliance (ECIA) and is an initiative of European Commission鈥檚 Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry.
The initiative will focus on harnessing creativity in the Celtic Crescent - namely Ireland North West, Northern Ireland and Scotland- and developing the natural creative assets of these regions to foster innovation and lead to economic growth.
