Twelve+ years as Director of Events Sales for Park West. I'm in charge of booking corporate, charity gala and social events rentals of the venue. I've booked, coordinated and have overseen numerous product and service launches, client appreciation receptions, holiday parties, fundraising galas, bar and bat mitzvah celebrations and birthday and anniversary parties. I develop/generate sales leads and new business and oversee sales and venue staff. I've written policies and procedures for three venues including protocol for sharing of information with venue staff. Excellent sense of customer service resulting in high rate of retention/repeat events.
