I help people find work, a better position, become more valuable and promotable where they are, rediscover their talents, strengths & traits and/or transition into a new career. Most importantly, within WorkReadyNH I energize and encourage participants to regain confidence and develop a constructive attitude so they will change and then apply what they learn. My role is part stand up humorist, motivational speaker, facilitator, educator, presenter, coach, consultant and mentor. It is very gratifying and purposeful work. I am very fortunate to have found this vocation. I love it and seek to expand my involvement.
