As Operations Trainee, first I have OJT to learn the business process in operational department in the company. The purpose of OJT is to help trainee understand well the process and give improvements to the business process. Currently, my main responsibility is to arrange SOP for operational department, plan the internal system and inventory system, measure productivity and capacity and improve the internal system with team.
