I joined Oliver James as a researcher in March 2012 and quickly progressed to consultant and consequently senior consultant where I led the development of our Non-Life actuarial practice across Asia, Middle East, and Australia. In May 2014 I was promoted to managing consultant and I am now heavily involved in OJ Asia's business and team development.
As of November 2014 I am now responsible for the launch and development of OJA's Change Management division across APAC and to multinational life, general and composite insurance groups.
