Tom Bailey is a Chartered Mechanical engineer with over 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical and Medical device Industry developing automation solutions to enable companies to bring novel and innovative products to market.
Over the last 15 years Tom has been responsible for the development of a variety of innovative powder filling systems for Inhaled and Oral drugs.
He led the technical development of GSK’s latest high speed powder filling system for their Diskus inhaler and is currently involved in the development of a novel filling system capable of dosing pure API’s (Active Pharmaceutical Compounds) into capsules.
Tom is the Managing Director and co-owner of, UK based, 3P Innova
