I am an appraiser with over 20 years of experience in the real estate appraisal field. I currently concentrate in the area of improved and vacant residential properties. I provide appraisal services to banks, mortgage companies, credit unions, and real estate investors for home purchases, refinances, new construction and home improvement loans. In addition my clients include attorney's and accountants who require appraisals for cases involving bankruptcy, foreclosure, estate planning, and trust work. I also focus on consumer services in the form of marketing appraisals for FSBO sellers, appraisals for PMI (private mortgage insurance) removal, and family sales.
