As a consultant, the term meaningful engagement strikes two chords for me. I seek out consulting projects that are truly trying to drive a meaningful outcome and move the bar in the industry forward a bit. In addition, I am of the strong belief that employees and consumers want to do the right thing and often it is our challenge to create that digestible, impactful, interesting story and clear path so that they have a meaningful engagement with whatever system is being designed.
