As a strategic accounts manager at Digitek Computer Products, I communicate daily with IT resellers across the country on the phone and in person to learn more about them and find the products and services that help them grow and achieve their goals. Each customer has different needs and pain points. It is my duty to go above and beyond the expectations of other account managers to understand these issues and differences and help that reseller find the best solutions and products to help that company grow.
