My background, both personally and professionally, has helped shaped my 2nd career as a high school teacher. Born and raised in Tracy, Ca. I learned the values of small towns and hard work from my parents. After receiving my AA degree I entered the law enforcement field and spend 13 1/2 years in the city of Tracy where I was able to work with great people and serve the community that helped raise me. I left Tracy PD to work in the best environment at the San Joaquin County District Attorney's office where I was able to work with the best people in the law enforcement field and continue my work in combating gang violence in our communities.
